The highest and outstanding place of the French gastronomy : Bresse chickens, Calves sweetbreads, Foie Gras, prestigious meat breads. Four buildings specialized by family products : Meats for butchers (beef-veal-lamb), poultry and venison, pork and tripe shop.

visit ?
  Dairy produce
Here you will find the biggest cheese plate of the world. The AOC, the local farms production and the different refining degrees for the cheese. Foreign cheeses, eggs, butter, milk and cream.

  Sea and freshwater products
The best of the French auction markets and other long distance fishing zones. World reference for wholesale produce : The fish building. Fresh seafood, blue fish, tropical fish, shellfish, crustaceans, freshwater fish, catering products, smoked fish.

  Fruits and vegetables
One million metric tons sold per year. The key place where is introduced and tasted the new varieties of fruits and vegetables coming from all over the world. Kiwi, baby fruits, baby vegetable, and even edible flowers all began their French sales career on the Rungis stalls. Early fruits and salads, out-of-season fruits and vegetables, production in Ile de France.

  Flowers and decoration
32 million bunches of cut flowers and 19 million of potted plants. It is a vast diversified sector and an exceptional universe.
